罗森（Stanley Rosen），美国著名哲学家，在现象学、政治哲学、西方哲学史等研究领域享有盛誉。罗森一生出版了20部著作，超过125篇论文，其用功最多的是柏拉图研究，著有柏拉图注疏四种：《柏拉图的〈会饮〉》、《柏拉图的〈治邦者〉：政治之网》、《哲学进入城邦：柏拉图〈理想国〉研究》、《柏拉图的〈智术师〉：原物与像的戏剧》（均由华东师范大学出版社出版）。此外，他还写过关于黑格尔逻辑学的专著(两种)以及关于尼采和海德格尔的专著(各一种)，也积极与在西方学界占支配地位的主流哲学对话，著有批判分析哲学的著作《分析的限度》。他的许多著作被翻译为包括法语、德语、意大利语、葡萄牙语、中文等多国文字。 译者夏代云，海南大学社会科学研究中心副教授。
